God has truly shed His grace on this country and our prayer is that He will continue to do so.

In order to continue receiving His blessings, it is necessary that we pray for our country and its leaders. If you love this land and desire to see it revived and healed, I personally ask that you join me on Friday, July 4th at 9:00AM to devote an hour to prayer. I would love to see this church as a whole gather together to seek the Lord’s help for our nation.

We will have multiple “altars of prayer” throughout the sanctuary covering a broad range of concerns during this sacrificial hour of prayer. For those of you who are physically able, we will begin a 24-hour fast Thursday morning, July 3rd in preparation for prayer on Friday morning. I ask you to involve your children, neighbors, and all those who would like come and pray. Let’s make this a priority; to pray and intercede for this country like never before!

Pastor Jack

“I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. As you make your requests, plead for God’s mercy upon them, and give thanks. Pray this way for kings and all others who are in authority, so that we can live in peace and quietness, in godliness and dignity.” - I Timothy 2:1-2

Just got home from the hospital and our son Ezekiel is doing much better. The doctor said that the latest test showed there is no more virus in his system but it will take a little time for his stomach to heal. He has been eating and drinking and is on his way to a full recovery. thank you all so much! Grace to you! Edmund, Anne, Karis, Kaleb and Ezekiel

A prayer from the Coronel Family - PLEASE PRAY!!!

Here is an email from Anne Coronel to Pastor Jeff Kerns (the missions pastor) - this is from one of our missionaries - so please read and PRAY!!!

Jeff, thanks for your call, it has been encouraging to know that there are brothers and sisters all over the world praying for our baby. Apparently, from the tests, he has a normal virus that has just hit him pretty hard and has acted a little strange in that he seems like he is getting better and then over night will start vomiting again and wake up worse. This morning he woke up a little better, he had gotten fluids through IV overnight and all of today, so he is doing a little better than yesterday. Our older kids have had colds this last week as well and this morning Ezekiel's nose was running and he was coughing a bit, when I asked the doctor she said the compound of the stomach virus and cold virus could have added to the intensity. We are thankful the Lord has brought us this far. Last night was pretty tough emotionally. This has lasted 11 days now, he has lost around 4 pounds, so he is looking so skinny to us, but his stomach is bloated from the vomiting. He can eat and drink, he is just not eating that much. It seems to be every other night or so that he gets sick so it is hard to get excited when he shows signs of improvement. But this morning at the hospital I got a lot of time with the Lord as Ezekiel slept and He spoke exactly to my need as He is always gracious to do. Edmund is with Ezekiel tonight and we will see tomorrow what the doctors say. Edmund did say that he had a low fever before bed, but he hasn't had a fever up until now so I am suspecting that is connected to the cold. Please continue to pray, but know also that the Lord is answering in His amazing grace by lifting our hands and strengthening our feeble knees. On a side note, Edmund,s back has been really weak these last couple of weeks and he has a recurring eye infection that has also been flaring this last week, but both of those things have had to be put on the back burner with Ezekiel being as sick as he is. Please just pray that Edmund can get the rest he needs, that is one of the reasons he is at the hospital today, Zeekie has his own room, and since he is sleeping so much, it is a lot easier to rest at the hospital than at home.
Grace and Peace, Anne

How to Read the Bible

Here is a tool to use to help you read the Bible and apply it to your life. Go ahead and click the image if you need it to get a little bigger.

"Who Do You Say That I Am?"

This video is based on a question that Jesus asked His disciples. The question is , "Who do you say that I am?" So here are a group of responses of people in our local community answering the question. Once you have seen the video, the question is now posed to you. Who do YOU say that Jesus is?

If you look on the right hand side, you will see a link that is titled, "Is Jesus God?" Click it and you will get a ton of verses that answer that question.

Recycle Your Missionaries!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to remind you to be a part of the "Recycle Your Missionaries" ministry we have going on in the Jr. High. All of you can be involved in this. It is simple. Do you drink from water bottles, soda cans, sobe bottles, frappaccino bottles, etc? Simply bring them in. Please do bring them in a large trash bag. Please separate them accordingly. Thank you. Help us support these missionaries by simply NOT throwing away your trash and recycling it!
Thanks

Today is the Day of Salvation

Today, Sunday, April 13 was a day that has come and gone, but for some their eternity has been changed. Before we get into that, I pray that each of you were blessed today with SHACHAH (www.shachah.com). These guys have been good friends of mine for over 6 years now and it is truly amazing to see what the Lord has been doing in them and through them. They recently just signed on with Crossmovent Records (www.crossmovementrecords.com) and I am excited to see what amazing doors the Lord is going to continue to open up for them. Thank you SHACHAH once again for coming out and blessing us with some of your music and for the worship! We love you guys!
Luke 15:10 "Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." We praise the Lord today, for salvation has come to some of the within the Jr High Ministry. And we rejoice with the angels in heaven. This is truly the best decision that they have ever made. I want to encourage each of you to continue to pray for those who accepted the Lord today. May each of you continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Pastor Joey
