A prayer from the Coronel Family - PLEASE PRAY!!!

Here is an email from Anne Coronel to Pastor Jeff Kerns (the missions pastor) - this is from one of our missionaries - so please read and PRAY!!!

Jeff, thanks for your call, it has been encouraging to know that there are brothers and sisters all over the world praying for our baby. Apparently, from the tests, he has a normal virus that has just hit him pretty hard and has acted a little strange in that he seems like he is getting better and then over night will start vomiting again and wake up worse. This morning he woke up a little better, he had gotten fluids through IV overnight and all of today, so he is doing a little better than yesterday. Our older kids have had colds this last week as well and this morning Ezekiel's nose was running and he was coughing a bit, when I asked the doctor she said the compound of the stomach virus and cold virus could have added to the intensity. We are thankful the Lord has brought us this far. Last night was pretty tough emotionally. This has lasted 11 days now, he has lost around 4 pounds, so he is looking so skinny to us, but his stomach is bloated from the vomiting. He can eat and drink, he is just not eating that much. It seems to be every other night or so that he gets sick so it is hard to get excited when he shows signs of improvement. But this morning at the hospital I got a lot of time with the Lord as Ezekiel slept and He spoke exactly to my need as He is always gracious to do. Edmund is with Ezekiel tonight and we will see tomorrow what the doctors say. Edmund did say that he had a low fever before bed, but he hasn't had a fever up until now so I am suspecting that is connected to the cold. Please continue to pray, but know also that the Lord is answering in His amazing grace by lifting our hands and strengthening our feeble knees. On a side note, Edmund,s back has been really weak these last couple of weeks and he has a recurring eye infection that has also been flaring this last week, but both of those things have had to be put on the back burner with Ezekiel being as sick as he is. Please just pray that Edmund can get the rest he needs, that is one of the reasons he is at the hospital today, Zeekie has his own room, and since he is sleeping so much, it is a lot easier to rest at the hospital than at home.
Grace and Peace, Anne
